Need some advice of someone can help me. I booked a GLi this past March and was given a delivery month of December. Due to the filer/non-filer issue, my car was pushed to October, and therefore I paid in full the car price in August, 2018 (a month before the asking date). I booked the car from Toyota garden motors, Lahore.
During the second week of October, I was told that the car had been pushed to November because of ‘production losses’. During the same time I almost cancelled my car THREE times because I thought Toyota wanted to fleece more money out of me because of the price hike. Thankfully their public notice said that all cars with full payments scheduled for October and November 2018 would not be affected.
I’ve been calling IMC everyday now and have even gotten in touch with the owner of Toyota garden but I get the same response saying the car has not been invoiced and I should wait till the month is over.
I know it’s early days, but I do not get a good vibe out of these people anymore. I’ve called them and have literally screamed at times and I don’t know what to do. I don’t care about the losses at this point, I just want my car or else I’ll cancel it.
I may be overreacting but I sincerely don’t know what else to do.
Can anyone help?
