Its already raining here.

No, if the heavy rainfalls then few cows are going to suffer from severe illness and may be kamzoor one could die. So then they will only be selling them to their first customer with a reasonable prices.

So now pray for not to rain more for the sake of animals and their owners.

Actually most Bakrey waley come to Safoora because they dont have to pay any charges for land etc so goats are cheap there
and we've been buying goats from Safoora for 10 years you just have to bargain with them
