if the blood wasn't there previously and started all of a sudden and is not brownish or black its an infection of intestines or could be trauma to **** area and a diarrhea is due to overeating and addition of an element that the goat was not used to before,with the later being kind of an impossibe scenario ....now please dont give hi any medicine or home remedy take him to nearest vetenary doctor and he will give him appropriate antibotic from the intravenous route
things to do as of now
1.if the diarrhea is severe give him ors solution in water
2.let him rest
3.feed him easily digestable stuff (i dont know about what it could be but dont feed him the wheat(chara available from market)
4.take him to vet
