Your EPS ecu is not getting the VSS signal. You should wire it up as it's dangerous to drive with such light steering.
Bro, its carby. It has only got transmission control unit for auto tranny. Engine is cb 37 carby
i don't know about charade transmissions but else you need to change the cable driven VSS to wire one. but you also need to change the speedometer
