if the situation was just like you are saying than everyone no matter which brand would be compelled to drive below 50kph as majority of population owns a Suzuki, but that is not the case is it? what you are mentioning isn't specific to Suzuki owners(except Mehran) but to all brands, corollas specifically(and yet I own a Corolla), Corolla drivers would overtake someone for no reason than drive slower.
let me set a really nice example that would be beneficial to every member of these forums:
if most of the faw owners are gonna make replies like this, I'm afraid that they'd posses the same mentality that makes you sick.

now the manual you are talking about is available at Traffic Police and NHA's offices, one has to BUY and READ(that too is only possible if one is literate) but if a person who can read, surf websites doesn't understand where he is supposed to ask a question but expects a poor old(probably illiterate) mehran or bolan driver to use the correct lane without any prior proper driving school training, tell me mate how is it possible?
