Unable to find the specific ECU in lahore. Can anyone link be to someone who deals in them or any alternative for this

Update:**Able to find ECU from Rawalpindi*along with it changed complete engine wiring as it had 1000s of cuts and joints* MAF sensor, ABS left side, Oxygen sensor changed as well
apparently hiace was running extremely rich but now no sign of any black smoke from silencer but still will drive for few days and see
No signs of any black smoke but still unable to get mileage more than 3.5 km/l. Hiace has regained his power and running very smoothly with no jerks or missing.
Any other things i can look into to solve this problem?
