@awad1992
well in your case
Normally there are 6 reasons for stay on sale
what i think may be your father entered in a sale agreement and after getting the token money you are not transfering it on the date mentioned in the sale agreement or refused to transfer it or wanted to sale it on higher price to some one else . In that case Buyer can file a suite for specific performance and permanent injuction .if that is the case stay is permanent and can't be removed .
till the court decide who is right or wrong.
i don't know may be the sale agreement is not prepared or signed by your father some one made a fake agreement on the behalf of your father and filed a suite for specific performance and permanent injuction so first u have to prove that it a fake agreement so it will take time.
3.May be you bought a plot from the owner who already sold it to some one else and got the token money and after getting it he sold it to you and transfered it on your name . the first purchaser filed specific performance suite
4.May be the plot is owned by more than one person but at the time of sale (when u got the plot ) only one owner sold it to you without the consent of the others.
5.Or you bought the plot not by the actual owner but by the person who had the fake power of attorney.
- or your plot is a disputed plot in any civil case which is under process in civil court.
in all above cases you have to wait more than 12 months
