Ranikot is possible with a reasonably maintained car. jeep is not necessary. 90% is good quality highway. rest 10% is not that bad either.
Inside Ranikot is further 5km drive upto Mirikot. Last 1km is now jeep-only. So one would need to walk/trek. So in addition to the car, the person also needs to be fit 
Regarding Makran Coast, I think day trip till Buzi Pass is still feasible, which includes Kund Malir Beach, Rock Formation and Princess of Hope, Nani Mandir, Canyon Drive, etc. Do take precautions and manage your time well, when you plan this trip.
