Sound advice brothers, I know I pushed it this time but having worked in the lubricants industry waaaay back, I know that good oils can easily go 30% more than recommended drain interval. Oil companies generally play safe.
In my case the lubrication was not compromised, but all additives may have been used up so not a good idea to push oils so far.
Anyways I got oil and filter changed at Shell Clifton pump, they had Ultra E in 5w-40 which they said had recently been changed from 5w-30, but as I had used 5w-30 the last time I asked if they had any old stock which they found (July 2013 batch), so I got 5w-30 this time. Next time I will have to go for 5w-40 as Shell has changed specs for Ultra E, but no worries as Goodman7 also recommends 5w-40.
Took some pics but my cell is not connecting to the PC for some reason I dont know, so tomorrow inshaAllah.

But another question, when to change ATF? My car is now 3 years old and 69k on ODO.
