I am reading these comments and people are saying that this kit is kind of more complex. Anyway, good news is that I have mastered the skills over Liana?s CNG kit. Honestly, its more easier to fix this kit as compared to manual.
In start, I have literally visited many mechanics and asked them to fix my kit. All of them thought its way too advance for them. Now I feel like going back to them and hitting on their butts.
Probably you will have to open injectors and CNG kit its self and service it. Opening Injectors and servicing is hardly 20 minutes job, take the individual injectors out and clean that with carburetor cleaner. Once putting them back don?t mess up with the wirings. Wiring label as A should go into injector A and so on.
Remove the kit, the main reducer from engine, open every individual component and clean it with petrol, drain the oil and pack it back. Check the CNG filter, try to pump air through it and if air passes without even the slight restriction then filter is ok otherwise change it.
Once everything has been mounted back then take a screw driver, there is small plastic cap on main body of Reducer. Take it off and make the final adjustment by either screwing the screw inside in positive clockwise or negative clock wise direction.
Note: any mechanic can open Liana?s Injector and Reducer unit. Just tell him that he has to open it and clean it from inside and put it back and rest you don?t expect anything from him. Supervise his work and pay him Rs 400 maximum for both these jobs. You can look for a thread where I have opened the Reducer and serviced it by myself. It will give you a good tips and ideas. Servicing reducer is hardly an hour job, provided you are not so jack.
