Help needed for Naran Skardu trip June or July 2021

Me and my friends are planing to explore the northern side Naran and Skardu next month or July 2021 (as and when ban lift)
We will travel from khi and after reaching Isb we will have one week or 8 days to cover mentioned areas.

Please suggest me best and short route to cover Naran and Skardu. Which car to hire for four to five people or Jeep will be suitable for this.

Please suggest economical hotels with no if available and please share any tour guide u know who did this route.

All places get heavily crowded immediately when the announcement happen.

Last night at BBC TV a clip was shown of their airports crowded with people travelling for Portugal Malta & Spain for tourism. Only requirement was COVID PCR Test & Mandatory Mask.

Upon landing and after check-in at beach side motels / spots people went crazy like herd of sheep coming out of barn.

Bro You don't need to hire a Jeep for the whole trip. You can go to main places in car and then hire Jeep where needed as Jeeps are normally expensive option.
From Islamabad you can hire a BRV which are available at Committee chowk Rawalpindi or Pirwadhai adda for Gilgit/Skardu.
You can plan the trip as
Day 1 Rawalpindi to Astore through Naran/Babusar Pas
Reach Astore travelling the whole day from pindi (BRV)
Day 2.
Astore Rama Meadows and Rama Lake (Car/Jeep) Full day including trek to Rama Lake from Rama meadows
Day3.
Astore To Skardu covering Deosai Top (Jeep)
Day 4.
Skardu -Shangrilla , Upper Kachura Lake, Soq Village and cold desert (Katpana) (Car)
Day 5.
Skardu to Manthoka Waterfall and Khamash Waterfall Kharmang District (Car)
Day 6
Rest/ Roam Around in skardu city , Manthal Budha Rock Visit - Or you can adjust this in day 5 to give your bodies some rest (car)
Day 7.
Return through Skardu Jaglot Road (Road not in good condition but doable in car) or otherwise go back through Deosai to Astore and back (Will have to hire jeep atleast for the deosai astore portion)

Dear,
I am in Islamabad. And currently lockdown and Covid situations are not good at all.
And all of the places in northern areas are under strict lockdown and are unpredictable.
Even if lockdown is lifted , the ground realities will remain the same. And when it will open, our people will rush to these areas like they are out of prison. These conditions are not at all advisable to travel .
Baqi aap apna acha bura khud behtar jantay hain.
