Dear Seniors,
Thanks in advance for your valuable time and expert opinions.
My Mehran 2014 got into an accident with a bike and hit from the drivers side. the right side frame got a dent and right wheel was pressed in. instead of pulling out the frame to the proper length, the denter heated and adjusted the balance rod. the vehicle drove fine within city but caused bubbling of the front on speeds above 100KM+ (motorway, highways etc..)
another denter said that this issue is due to the bending of balance rod. so he pulled the right side of the frame (by chain and pulley and two tress) and installed new balance rod few days ago. yesterday i went for alignment as the steering wheel was 2 inches off to the right but veihcle was pulling to the left on road. I found out that the right wheel is now approx. 0.75 inches ahead of the left wheel, means it has been pulled farther away.
alignment walay bhai suggested that i should either get the left wheel pulled to equal length (0.75 Inches) or reheat the balance rod from right side to make to equal to the left side (coming back to the original issue for which the balance rod was replaced in the first place.) because this issue cannot be solved by alignment alone.
Is there any proper way to calculate exact angles of the vehicles to pinpoint exact problem. like suzuki dealerships or
specific workshops having laser machines etc... (seen this on you tube)
Also, what is the best course of action here. two denter have already tried different methods but the car is still out of alignment.
Regards.
