ya these are the things which almost every overhaul needs .. hope u dont need to open the crankcase and do something to the con rod ...etc and at worst replace that ..
and one thing very important .. when u use the head gasket (jo cylinder our head ka bech ma lagthi ha .. ) and base gasket (jo cylinder ka base ma case ka sath lagthi ha ..) .. use the thinnest possible gasket ..
aik fully metalic gasket athi ha .. jo janyan honda ki hothi ha .. never use that .. that will f ur compression ratio .. use the fibr one .. it is approx 1mm or less then that in thickness . jo metalic hothi ha jis ma kafi sari metalic plates hothi hain .. wo dikna ma aala lagthi ha .. par wo compression ki wattt laga daithi ha .. usay use na karo .. the most important thing .. hope u got it ..
also jo base gasket hothi ha ... us ma paper gasket use karo .. aik hothi ha us ma metal/tin do surfaces ka bech ma sandwich hova hotha ha .. wo use na karo .. blka jo srf paper ki hothi ha wo use karo .. jo kaghaz ki tara bend our rol ho jathi ha .. wo use karo .. jo metalic hothi ha wo roll nai hothi like paper .. wo moti hothi ha .. us sa apka piston fully bahir nai hoga our compression ratio severly kharab ho jaya gi ..
.. our u must use curil .. us ka baghair na lagavo ..
ask mechanic that u want to use curil .. at base gasket and heat gasket .. this will make an awesome seal .. else u will have issues in leaked seals ..
baki agar ho saka tho . portain bhi kuli karva lo .. i think mechanic woi bta raha hoga .. its called porting .. it if done correctly increases air flow and hence bikes performance ..
