one more problems... parts are producing noise like they are shakky and loosened... i tightened them from a honda antenna workshop.. again after 2 days same position.... got some Questions...
-->Which is the best Engine Oil?
I will recommend you Castrol Activ 4T 20w50 - use it and use other too for a try and feel the difference, the main thing is its consistency up to 1000+ km
--> Best Tyre if i want to change? wanted some better behind
check out Diamond Altis range although wider ply tyres are a load on engine
--> can i polish wax the bike 2 times a month?
I guess so..
--> how many time after tuning should be done?
go for it after 2k KMs but the important thing is the mechanic is capable one which most are not. Do not let mechanic open carburettor of your new bike and ruin the factory settings. Do not let him even touch the carb at least up to 5k KMs.
--> what actually they do in tuning?
In the initial tunings, they blow dust out of air filter, re-fit it, oil n grease the chain, accelerator and clutch cables and tighten all the bolts. when the bike is old and has run more than 5k KMs then might get its card opened first time to degrease it and wipe it off residual dirt etc. getting wheel spokes tightened as a side job after 3k KM etc.
--> if a changed the Light to Hids in halegen frames without projector will they be better than stock? and if i install projector will they give some super awesome results..?
Simplicity is more reliability. I will recommend you to go for simplest setup and dont aim to use HIDs all the time, keep switching with regular halogen.. and will recommend you hi-lo setup with neon on low and halogen on hi settings. super awesome results would indulge separate lamp housing or a separate altogether lamp outside the main head lamp system.
--> is it okay if i travel or ride the bike for continuously 2 hours without even 1 second brake..?
You can ride it for two hours continuously there is no ill effect on a maintained engine. Make sure oil used is high quality and is not prone to change its viscosity and break its molecular structure under stress situation such as long routes. check my recommendation in point#1
Also the continuous runs never mean continuous throttle also bro, engine braking(letting the throttle go down all the way for few secs) is a must every now and then. It let the process of engine cooling as a fresh and thick layer oil over rides cylinder walls and piston/rings when you put your throttle off during engine brake.
