AOAIm using the same android panel in my honda city. I got it installed from JDM experts Pakistan. His name is sohail and contact no is 0333-4921947Im using it since Nov 16 and its working very well.
The left handed capacitive buttons are really difficult to use. Other then that , its fine.

These android panels don't have good audio output. I had similar android panel for my honda accord. It just ruined the whole sound.
