Honda city MT hard to drive

I have driven my honda city 1.5 MT nearly 20k now but still hasn't found it easy to shift gears in. In start it was like 125 and controlling it in lower gear was problem. Clutch distance is also very long and clutch it self is not comfortable. I face pain in my left foot and strain in left leg every time i drive.
Is this me or anyone else has faced this too?

Honda city by default has stiff suspension . I bought Toyota gli just because it is easy to handle and it is not stiff .

I second your comment on the clutch distance. This makes strain in left foot. Putting your seat forward makes the accelerator distance too short. It's weird.

Im not talking about suspension here. It is about its manual transmission

And the worst is, the clutch gets harder day by day. I have also noted that speed/fast shifting is also not possible here. You will miss shift if you try to go from 1 to 5 rapidly. The distance in clutch makes the shifting slower while short and sharp shift stick ask for shorter clutch. This results in miss shift.
