Hi i am looking to buy a car but confused which one should i go Honda Civic Vti Oriel 2005 Manual OR Toyota Corolla Altis 2007 manual. I have budget 1 million. Looking a very clean car among of them.kindly suggest me which one should i buy and why? Also want to know the milage per liter, maintaince, parts avalibility , road grip, and comfort.

In 1 million you wont get corolla. So your best bet is to buy maintained civic 2005 it will be worth it if its maintained well

Go for a clean and well maintained Altis

I think you should look up ads on Pakwheels and olx for both cars in your city. Contact the owners and go check the cars. Take test rides in both type of cars multiple times to see how their characteristics suit your driving style and see which one is it that you are comfortable with while driving. That way it would be easier for you to decide if you want a corolla or a civic. Once you have decided then look for a good one and then buy it. See both your options are more than 10 year old cars and during that period a lot happens to the car and you would not want to buy something that you regret later. Ideally you should go for cars being sold by first owners and skip the ones that have exchanged multiple hands.

Corolla has SRS (Airbag) but civic 2005 wont have that.
Corolla is at least 10 times more comfortable, however you will feel every smallest pothole in civic directly at your back.
Air conditioning is best.
engine is DOHC.

on the other hand:

Civic has very good imported interior as compared to Karachi made interior of Corolla.
Handling is better in civic, as its more driver centric car thanks to its independent suspension, however corolla loves to go in straight line.
SOHC engine needs more maintenance and care.
