@all ok guys want to share a performance tweak with u guys (specifically for santro) as ive done it 5minutes ago.
being a performance lover i hate when i floor the throttle and the car does not respond.
well story is that last night i parked the car after some short friendly drags, when i cranked it up in the morning the motor had high idling not aesi wesi high ballkay i presume it was somwhere around 3.5to3.8k rpm.
this thig screwed me up,well i went to college on my way the i noticed that it was responding waaaaaaay better than it used to be but the idle rpm was damn high.
i came back to home called my ustad(SpoonMotorSports @pw) and he asked me to open the throttle boddy for service and look for the faulty sensors (if any).
i did the same thing,i started to unscrew the actuator and i foud its joint kit totally worn away so the thing primarily causing the problem was worn out joint kit which allowed more air to enter for combustion(that was the reason that pick got madly increased).
i opened the throttle body too,it was badly messed up,cleaned it,made a joint kit myself by cardboard while making that i knowingly made the airflow vents of the kit bigger(to a limit for adequate idle in view too) then screwed all stuff at place cranked the car and idle was normal, took a drive and..........1 thing i must say my car never responded to the throttle this way,its the summary.
@all if u ever face the wornout joint kit or even if u want to go fast, throw away the existing cheapokit, make your own with opening size you require and enjoy:)
special thanks to asad:)
