Hi Fellows,
Is it worth-full to get Extended Warranty for Honda City for 4 Years. Please guide with your experiences.
Thanks and RegardsArif Siddiqi
Depends if you want to get your car serviced from Honda workshop or private mechanic .
Does warranty make any difference on Service?
In my opinion 70k or 3 years is a pretty solid duration as it is, extending that might not be worth it, but that depends on your average monthly mileage and how long you intend to keep the car.
I back @xsgranted comment. I didn't opt for extended warranty for my car as I think that won't be necessary. 3 years warranty is quite enough. Moreover, confirm with your dealer as mine told me that I can get extended warranty anytime even after the delivery. If that's really the case, why would someone get extended warranty at the time of purchase. I will use my car and if I feel that it is needed, I'll opt for it at later stage.
That would be a good idea, I will surely ask my dealer for the same.
RegardsArif
In 3 years or 70k km I'm sure nothing will happen to your car so an extended warranty is not worth it. If by some bad luck you blow a gasket or seize the engine, then that would not be covered under warranty. So in my opinion it's no use. Better to get your car fully insured and that will be a better option than an extended warranty.
