Keyless Entry in city 2014

Aoa dear pakwheelers hope you are doing good...i have recently bought honda city ivtec 2014 model.need advise regarding few issues
1.i want to install keyless entry in my city.as it already have central locking do i need to install that universal gun in city or is there any other way of doing it..i have seen couple of videos(not of pak origin)on youtube in which they install a transponder in dashboard and program the remote and u have keyless entry done..can i do it here in pak if yes kindly suggest some good place in rwp,is or lhr.
2.does oem key of city 14 have immobilizer in it or not??
3.my city is maintained from dealership once i inspected its coolant it is slightly lower than minimum level in reservoir bottle..as per bills given to me by previous owner there is no record of any coolant change..mileage is 54k km..should i change the coolant all in one or should i add some coolant/water in it..?

i am new with cars so amateur in maintainence knowledge of city..expert advice/prompt response would b highly appreciated.. jazakAllah

what does it say in the manual? 2009/10 models say to change after for the first time after 200k or 10 years. Newer models I think says 100k or 5 years, not sure.

If you want to add more, just buy a bottle of type 2 coolant from any 3s dealer. It is already pre-mixed, do not add water. Fill it to the max on the bottle when engine is cold.

Dealerships or honda pit stop usually just top off the coolant bottle with water.
