Hi there, I need guidance from forum members on the following issue,
I got delivery of my Sportage at the start of this month (delivery was delayed by more than a month from their initially conveyed timeline). Since I made full payment at the time of booking and by the delivery time, vehicle price was reduced due to change in Tax/Duty structure. At the time of delivery, showroom informed me that KIA Lucky Motor company will be dealing with
1. Return of additional amount which KIA has with them
2. Compensation for delayed delivery
It has been more than 3 weeks now that I've been calling to KIA's helpline [021-111-111-542] every day and their representative keeps telling me that my complaint has been lodged and "Soon" I'll be contacted with the concern representative of company.
After having a lot of difficulty their "Representative" gave me contact number of KIA HO [021-38892076] which no one is bothered to pick up at all.
So practically speaking I've been trying to contact KIA Lucky Motors in vain to return my additional amount but since last three weeks, no one is bothered to respond to my complaint.
Can someone on this forum guide me about,
1. How to contact some concern person in KIA Pakistan
2. Is there any regulatory Authority where I could lodge my complaint in this regard?
Any Ideas guys...!!
