Guys Im facing a highly irritatimg issue with the Sportage. The audio system has some sort of auto volume thing where it keeps reducing and increasing the volume of music. Now this isnt that audo speed control thing, i got it checked with the dealership and its present in all the cars.

Its linked with the speed .. volume increases with the increase in speed and decrease when speed decreases
Ive never faced such issue in my sportage

Well not sure about FWD but My AWD was doing around 11 at 120 kmph

Can anyone please elaborate:
1. Difference in mileage between AWD and FWD
2. Difference between pick of AWD and FWD
3. Difference in maintenance cost between AWD and FWD
4. Durability of AWD system (Dynamax with three differentials)
5. Apple carplay works on Sportage? has anyone tested?
6. Difference in weight and ground clearance of AWD and FWD

Increase in the price will seriously affect sales as Toyota has launched new Fortuner G variant with decreased price tag. Yet this G one is automatic if they decide to launch a manual one the price will go down further as initially there was difference of one million between prices of same Std fortuner and Revo. On the other hand if there is decrease in price sportage will affect both Revo and fortuner sales. The competition is good.

Superb seating comfort front and rear both, long and short journeys both.
AWD is not uour requirement. I have driven AWD and FWD both.
AWD is Zippy & Gripy like it bites the road but on the other hand FWD felt lighter with gripy drive like a Sedan, much better than a corolla a bit lesser than a civic.

Go for FWD

I need your opinion based on your own experience. I am planning to buy Kia Sportage, but I am bit confused on my decision. Kindly Share your reviews about the car so I can decide.
Note: Currently, I am using Honda Civic Turbo 2017 Model.

How is after sales service provided by Kia for Sportage in terms of Quality and Monetary as compared to Honda and Toyota
How much this car is comfortable then Civic (Within City and On Motorway)
Which fuel is recommended (Regular or High Octane)
Please comment on Value of Money & Resale

U r comparing wrong cars with each other.

Any ways as an overall package it is way better than both Civic and Corolla with the only diff that you will miss Turbo's acceleration response .
Rest it is an overall nice package. FWD is lighter than AWD. Comfortable and cushioning suspension on rough roads along with firm grip on highway speeds way better than a Civic and Corolla. Seating comfort is far far better rather best.

Aftersales service must be strong as lucky group came with good preperations.

Regular RON is Ok

I am sure its resale will not be heart and it is value for money imo

I am a Turbo Civic user too and sharing my personal experience driving it thoroughly.

Hello everyone!! Hope you all are good. Im using a Suzuki Vitara GLX 2017 at the moment and i live in Karachi. I really like the Kia Sportage as now Kia Sportage is extremely common in Karachi. In a day you can almost see atleast 8-10 Sportage on roads. I’m looking forward to upgrade from Vitara to Sportage and need some owners perspective of Sportage. Would really appreciate if someone help me out?

Hello brother. I'm planning to buy a new car for 2020 but I'm confused between 1.5RS Turbo and KIA Sportage. KIA just came in so I feel like waiting for another year to consider it so known faults and consumer response would be laid after some months or years.KIA is a new entry in Pak automobile industry so i'm not so optimistic about its resale reputation in coming years too where as 1.5 turbo is something I can settle for no matter what its price is. Other than that Sportage is way better looking and packed with features than our locally manufactured cars. Please help me out making this decision.
