I got my Alto leased from Bank Alfalah and they never asked me to get tracker installed. Mine is without a tracker.

yes you are right BECAUSE I believe tracker is required for vehicle above 1000cc

Otherwise also Bank Alafalah doesn’t force tracker now. I got a Corolla Grande financed from them lately and that didn’t get a tracker either

Tracker does qualify as an aftermarket accessory, only OBD based is used usually. The tracker job in Pakistan is done by ripping of car wires. Hence OEM does not accept any claims and rightly so.

This was one of my prime concerns which led me to Bank Alfalah because all other banks were calling it mandatory. I did not wanted a third party to mess with the electronics and wiring of my car.

Atleast 4 Sportage owners confirmed that , the vehicle drifts to left side even on smooth straight road. Dealer checked and nothing abnormal was found. Alignment checked and everything is normal as well.

Anyone else here having Sportage experience the same issue? Looks like EPS problem probably

You do realize that Right hand drive cars have an inherent ability to drift to the left on a highway to prevent head on collisions in case the driver falls asleep. Vice versa for the LHD.

Thats part of the design.

Hathora ustaads call it a fail car because it doesnt go straight like an arrow with hands off the steering wheel.

Yes you are right. I will ask Sportage owners what they experience and will let you know. Unfortunately they are not on forum otherwise I would have asked them to share here.

Looks like EPS problem probably

EPS is completely automated and has no calibration flaws nor there are any calibration problems expected from it....if theres an EPS problem it just dies thats about it...im sure this is alignment problem...dealerships are too jahil in pakistan similarly the OEM have equally jahil staff who train the dealerships lol.

Hey guys I contacted honda and toyota respectively that if i booked grande or civic with full price ll u charge me extra if rupees devalue more in future and you increase ur vehicle prices and guess what they replied yes so i thought to buy civic on own so it was around 41.5lac but suddenly one thing come in my mind i should contact kia ll they facilitate me and book sportage on existing price so the reply of KIA is totally different they said yes book ur sportage FWD we ll entertain you on promo price that is 47lac and you have to pay 17lac only in advance for booking and your deal ll be locked mera tu moon khula ka khula reah gyaa ka jahaan honda aur touata ka behaviour esa ha wahaan kia kesa apna customers bana rahi ha pher wohi hoa mana aj KIA SPORTAGE FWD book kara dee delivery date june ki mile haaa but that not an issue issue tu yeah thaa ka if prices ll increase they shouldn't charge extra for already booked vehicle

It is what it is. Suzuki has the same policy as KIA but Honda and Toyota have this stupid policy

No suzuki have the policy if you pay full amount of car on booking than they ll not charge other wise on partial payments they demand to pay the increase price but kia commit on partial booking price

I didnt see any clause on the PBO that you will have to pay the price at delivery, maybe they updated it, previously it was price at the time of booking will be final
