Oldman EMU is a very old and reliable manufacturer, easily available in the UAE and I believe there are some local stockists too so go for it.
A 2" lift with 33" tires is more than sufficient if you want to retain practicality. Anything taller than that is not so practical as you would need to jump out of the vehicle and you would need to grab the wheel or grab handle to get in, so one would look very silly getting in and out especially if you use this LC to go to office, weddings, parties etc. And if you have female passengers this will escalate the cost. a lady jumping out wearing heels would mean potential damage to the cuneiform bones, the cuboid bone, and the navicular bone. (That was copied from the net for you) Also 4 or 6 inch lift would mean replacing things like the brake hoses etc. Not worth it if you are not into very serious hardcore offroading. 2" with 33s is also sufficient for pretty serious off road action, I've done most of Baluchistan with this on an 80, no issues whatsoever.
With a good quality branded lift kit the comfort is reduced only marginally, you can opt for soft springs, OME has the variable spring options available. If your present suspension is old then you might notice a slight improvement in comfort as was the case with my ex 80.
Fuel consumption will not increase from the lift, it will increase from the larger and heavier tires.
