The noise was there even when the car is stationary and in neutral. It went away after oil change.

Never had diesel sprayed underneath and the car had always been services at Suzuki workshop
My in laws also had a broken cable of a 3,000 kms driven Mehran. Either Suzuki got a faulty consignment or the fact that cars are used rarely in our households (being second cars), the cables may have dried up.
It's Suzuki and its nothing shocking or unexpected from it 
Since it's Suzuki their new cars always come with all kind of music aka squeaking
