Installing components in door:

step 1 : make spacers out of wood,for this i used 3 spacers of 0.75inch on each side.

step 2: place the spacers on door panel and mark the best position possible with a pen.

step 3 : take a wood saw( electrical) and cut the outer trim

step 4: then mount the spacer inside the cutted space by constant grinding the edges, until its properly in

step 5: now with a pen mark the inner hole, for cutting...

step 6: cut the inner whole

step 7 : put raxine or carpet on to the spacer, and screw it from the back..

step 8 : do the outer finishing of the plastic panel

step 9: the heart breaking part: cutting the door a little bit for the midbass.

step 10: install the comps and ur done

Just a suggestion, y not sell the encounters and ur d1720c and also add the amount ur going to spend on rear and get some really nice components like 165VR or similar?

Suggesting tht, assuming tht u might have cng installed and would put the subs on the rear seat so why the need of a "rear fill" ?

thankx,ya was thinkng of getting some good comps like focal, hertz..or anyother.....if i put the subs on seat, then they would have to be removed if someone wanna sit so at that time rear fill is necessary.
