My HONDA V200

Benley 200 is an inline 2 cylinder 194cc SOHC Engine with a 4 speed gearbox. Its CD200 roadmaster engine generating 16BHP.

Whereas CB250 is a 2 cylinder 249cc SOHC engine with a 5 speed gearbox. It dishes out an awesome 30BHP.

Go for the CB250 if you can find one is good condition. Benly 200 is a little underpowered for the fat tyres on your bike.
There is another option of CM250 engine.....it dishes out a healthy 20BHP.

eliminator 175 ya phir 250 ka engine ho ga most probably just a guess

Some thoughts from My side I potray them on a Picture... may be you like...

a CD RoadMaster will give you no big gain in performance as your engine is already pumping 16BHP and 200cc also does that just a reliable power band with long Touring capacity..

what you will not gain ?

Power ? no it will remain same as your modified engine
More Speed ? Ahhh no ... I doubt may be it would reduce becuase it has no cruising gear...

What you will gain ?

your 296 cc madiefied is making 16 hp and drinking feul at 11km/liter where as 200cc Does 30+km/ Liter (Very important Gain)

Better Power Band, CD Madiefied is zero power from 1k to 6kRPM and burst like Nuke Power above that which is fatal for rider where as 200RoadMaster power Band is equally distributed and a lovely experience to ride.

Better Long Life and Touring Capacity YES OFFCOURSE

Even Better Choice Would be a CD185 Engine it is High Compression and has more Horse Power ...

ansee bro ... han is a very much 'non' internet person ... he hardly sits on chair and mostly on road or at mechanics shop thinking to do some think different with his ride again .. I just got his call a few minutes ago he updated me today his bike will be receiving a major Heart Transplant... (Engine Swap to a inline twin with 17bhp completely fresh engine)

we always miss updates because he is mostly offline ...

dear all, using disc or putting disc brake is easy, but u must change all related things eg shocks etc. so dont just go for alterations, discuss with seniors then go for it

Sorry the Bike has been all muddy due to test runs.. and we were more focused on tuning the engine and making bike comfortable with new Heart transplant, will do cosmetic beautification once done with the Transplant.
