Bro, for 1000 cc, 1KR-FE engine; the recommended oil grades are 0w-20 or max. 5w-30. And I always recommend everyone to go for 100% genuine and original, Fully Synthetic engine oil from some reputed brand, with API SN / SN Plus (and / or ILSAC GF-5) rating.
Now, Liqui Moly is offered fully synthetic in 0w-20, but semi synthetic in 5w-30 (Please correct, if I am wrong). Why go for 5w-30 semi synthetic, when fully synthetic are available in market, and at quite reasonable rates?
No doubt, Liqui Moly is one of the finest and excellent brands; but to me, its not best for bucks!
It usually has drain intervals of 8-10K Kms (may be even more in some cases), however, oil filter of locally available cars may not last that long, and bear beating after 5-6K Kms. What's the benefit if engine oil lasts but oil filter not? (and it needs replacement). Won't it be better to go for that brands which offer best for bucks, and where oil + oil filter last together?
That's why I recommend ZIC (in 0w-20 and 5w-20) or / and Total Quartz 9000 Future series (in 0w-20 and 5w-30), and advise to change oil along with genuine, OEM oil filter after every 5,000 Kms.
Liqui Moly would be very good for those cars / engines, where their oil filters easily lasts 10-15K Kms, and have large engine oil sumps, but for small 660-1000 cc cars, I would suggest to go for other alternatives (Not that Liqui Moly is bad, but, it may not be best for bucks)!
