last sunday views. this sunday's views will show up in the next page!.lol Many nice cars are available only in two or three colors for the Chennai market. for example the A-Class is sold in white, silver or red, take it or leave it. what if one wanted a brown A-Class?. i've spotted the new Corolla and S-Class on the road but not anywhere i can capture them easily and i hope to post pics this week.also coming up is Chennai's latest aventador! the Corolla is used mostly as a rental car so took a pic of a d4d just so. the wrap jag is a respot but this time in clear light, the 640i is a new car, also in red. hoping to see the new X5 at the EA BMW showroom soon. ciao

i've read news stories about plans to make cars at Volvo's Bangalore plant but i know not much else to report on this. i wuld think it should be logical that they do given they have a plant already producing buses and trucks with local components. they have the infrastructure and will bring down prices and hopefully more cars sold!. i love Volvo cars, there's a solidity and finesse about them which i don't find in other similar marques nowadays.

Sunny Refresh by Nissan released today. nice rework of headlights, definitely better interior and some makeup...

i took a pic 'cause this is what greeted me at the foyer of CitiCenter when i rolled in for a cuppa today. usually there's a car or something like that.:S

i have no idea at all about the bluebird. is it an import or is it made in pak and how many sold month on month?. below is the locally made nissan range of idm cars i'm familiar with.Sunny has unusual styling, that's for sure and this model is sold worldwide by Nissan!

Its an import but this car has some class and soild build then many pkdm cars and its kinda handsome in looks it looks executive and price is lesser then brand new corolla xli

Yeah, it's easy on the eyes, but essentially, it's still a used car, yes? I disagree with the 'built like a tank' bit - while JDMs may be built with better overall quality, fit and finish, they certainly aren't built like tanks. To me, Japanese vehicles still feel slightly flimsy compared to their European counterparts.

its a tank compared to tin can offered by dealerships we got the big 3 only this car might make nissans market better here
we got no VW over here just the big 3 and some chinese now launching and best option in price one can get is jdm car import
i think when in old times india had amasadors and fiat padminies when ur finance ministers were not doing good
we had japan imports and usdm cars a little bit and still a 70s jdm one can buy and source parts for it
they are really good and still going so jdm for us has a better image
fiat failed here KIA failed here due to lack of mechnics
hyndai was a hit till zardari govt i still am waiting if Hyndai ever launces i series cars here
btw euro cars are blessing when new but they are over engineered and once they are old then bye bye on other hand jdms go oh yes corollas jdm or pkdm are abused driven offroad in areas even worst treatment but they go and are still going
parts of jdms are in bulk
also in tuning scene jdms are easy on pocket compare honda civic with vw well older modeld ef eg ek oh well u guys missed best tunner civic models in india
so many many reasons we love jdm more
