Chinese rims are okay, i have them for 7 years now without any issue (though i wud still invest in better stuff for a 2 million car) but tires... no WAY!!! last time i got tires for my car, i was foolish enough to save some cash and get chinese tires. wud u believe me, they didnt even last 20k kms!!! one of them got a bubble in them and another burst got cracked. ended up selling 4 of those tires for 1700rs (bought for 18k) and got Yokohama C drive for 29k the same day. with yokos, i ve never had a problem. plus they are soft and grippy. i would advise u to sell the tires and get better ones. as for rims, doesnt matter. unless its a sports car, u dont really need ultra light or ultra strong rims.
