Due to different circumstances, I am tending more towards the GA15DE due to the complexities of the swap and the nature of this car's usage as a daily commuter, but nothing is decided yet, lets see what comes up next.

So, some info about the updates.

After discussing today in the morning with denter and after analyzing the condition of the body and other things, we have opted to change the doors, front fenders, side mirrors and condensor of the car. So, we went to bilal gunj in search of those items and bought them.

Following are some pictures. All products bought were made sure to be best availalbe in the market set aside the price tags and after a lot of search we have carved out our way to the most immacuate condition body parts available in whole of the bilal gunj.

The doors we selected were of the same colour we were fortunate to find and also were in immaculate condition both inside out, features of the doors were power windows and light tinted factory glasses. Weather strips and poshishs of two of the doors were changed, which were a bit scuffed, and hence everything became perfecto.....

Yeah when you come to know that the transmission fluid needs to be cooled through the radiator and you have to upgrade to the radiator of N16 and it costs a whooping 15,000 and also your denter says "how can I fit 3 inch long and 1 inch high radiator in this nose" ... Yes some question marks do come on your face

I also tried to find out the original wiring loom for engine bay of B13, though this time I was unscessful in this, as this loom was cut out from the main grip......

Some random pictures of the shop, it was a huge shop with a lot of parts, could not cover most of them as light was not good and my camera is you know

My most favourite shopping, a condensor out of a nose cut of B14, it is a multi-flow thin jali one and it was in immaculate condition. Everthing was perfect about it, the bottle and other things.

The above parts costed me 43k plus 1.2k for the transport back to workshop from bilal gunj

I will post more pictures of the things purchased, the most exotic ones I could not take the pictures of, are the parking lights of the fenders that are a special feature of Super Saloons. Actually, the fenders, which were got had hole fitting in them for these lights and so we demanded those lights from the shopkeeper and he demanded Rs. 1500 for the lights only :D. So, there is Rs. 1500 difference in the plain ones and Super Saloon ones, the plain ones cost Rs. 6000 and Super Saloon ones cost Rs. 7500, we bargained Rs. 1000 from fenders and got it in Rs. 6500 with immaculate parking lights, pictures of which I will upload tomorrow.

nice going man. you are really going to enjoy a refurbed car - rebuild the entire rear suspension too for that classic Nissan sunny smoothness.

btw go to the yard again and try to locate the original fender plastic liners for this car, originally they are very high quality and very nicely finished too, I noticed a lot of mud and dust on the pictures with removed front fenders which means your car had them missing.

btw get some cosmoline or body cavity wax or make some yourself - to protect your investments

Get external transmission cooler from pajero or land cruiser. Radiator for automatic can also be found for B13. Hamesha doctor ko khud dawai batata hai tu larr larr ke, abb dawai aur neeyat badalni nahin chahiye

get some apc, since you are replacing parts its a good opportunity to clean the car and also the new door cards.

One and only guy willing to spend this much on a B13, and seems, you plan to keep it with you for a decade

I always had the feeling that QG18 is never gonna be an easy go. The torque is tempting, but definitely have to make each and everything compatible to sustain this much of torque. In my opinion, Fine upto GA16/QG16 as Nissan engineers themselves had the car designed for that. QG18 takes the engineering from Japan to Pak, and you know the result............
