It is actually the case with QG15 as well, but you know, you never know :).
Actually the breakup of cost is what is confusing between the two i.e. GA15DE and QG18DE plus we also have to optimize that GA15DE as well, which will eat up money as well like you normally get only air cleaner box with GA15DE and finding the original fitting for its air cleaner housing is a tough task, but things can turn both ways.
And regarding the "spending" issue, well I have not seen an original factory spec B13, which has no issues and a mechanically fit getting sold for 250-300k. Normally, you will get a beaten up engine, or may be you are lucky to find a recently ill-swapped motor in it, suspension to be built or being built recently with cheap parts or kabli shocks and many a times built body parts, and this is not what B13 is all about, its a very elegence car and I have driven one and enjoyed it a lot, very reliable, and very robust.
Secondly, yeah I do admit for my liking, we were not able to find a "very clean" car due to certain circumstances, but you have to go with the flow and make things move, in the end, all is well that ends well, so if we have a decently swapped B13 with a working QG18DE in it with all its wiring and DLC connectors and other stuff with the whole project costing 550k including car price, I don't have any problem with it as long as it gives you optimum results :).
