I use Payoneer Master card, which is a dollar based account and I am able to save a lot on the conversion charges that are encountered using Pakistani Bank's Credit/Debit Cards....

it takes alot of time for this card to reach, i think it took some 2-3months to reach me

they used to charge 20$ annual fees for this at that time
dont know about costs now

Payoneer card is not much useful regarding this, as there are no easy methods to LOAD it with money, infact, none at all except payments from websites, and Paypal (and of course, the referrer link ).

Best option is to buy prepaid VISA internet cards from UBL, or other banks that offer such prepaid cards.

Yes you can. But first you have to activate/book session from UBL helpline to make transaction.

I found it quite convenient while doing purchases from AliExpress, for that purpose you need to have some amount in it
