hi guys well seen all the discussions let me bring in to your knowledge that swift is launching in january 2010 with 3 models with out cng engine m13a dohc 16v its a 91hp the fully loaded model is equiped with abs, alloy rims,fog lights and power stuff the red one i have seen is in pindi parked in their pak suzuki area office parking lot here are the pics

@Doni84, they cant replace a sedan with a hashback.. its not possilbe, Swift has to remain under 9.5 lacs due to price of Liana and competition with vitz..

Guys as per pama, production of swift has started under 1300 cc car
Booking will start from January 2010 confirmed from AL-Khair agencies. Price not disclosed as he was sitting with senior officials.

its not necesscary that swift will be cheaper it might be expensive than liana if its a 1.3 i am sure it will be 11 to 13 lack mid
In gulf, swift has better sales as compared to liana.And this thing i have experienced myself, while my trip to Oman and dxb in august.
rumors about price being more than 1.1 million can be true.

21.54 is maybe the Diesel 'average'. Petrol rarely goes above 18.Btw, are you people getting the Swift with the new K12M motor? The reason for this question is because here in India, old M-series engine is being replaced with the K12M in a coupla months.
