Toyota just recently took action against dealers taking "own" bribe and suspended registration of 1 dealership and sent warning to few. Sanduki need to do the same. 2 lac own is outrageous. This could be one reason for suspending Wagon R booking.

By the way in 2014 people were crying Sanduki has launched an ugly dabba. But today roads of Lahore are flooded with that Wagon R. There are more Wagon R than any other car.

this is because we are a weird nation. we curse anything from suzuki at first and then praise that few months later. i remember when khyber was discontinued and cultus was launched, everyone hated cultus but then we saw people bought cultuses and made a market for itself. pak suzuki has been people's choice in small cars category even though suzuki products are not worth it.

100% agree - 2 lakhs own seems a fake news because difference of wagonR VXL vs Cultus VXR is 1Lakh34thousands, so even after wagonR booking temporary stopped, 2 lakh own does not make any sense.

According to business tribune it was bet 1lakh to 1.25 lakh. But after discontinution of booking it has risen to 1.5 lakh. I agree with you that it is outrageous but due to change in used imported car policy the market has high demand against limited supply which is creating this problem.

Luckily you made your WegonR Booking But unluckily Due to High Demand i am afraid its price will again Jump which will be paid by you. Now its on 11,14000 PKR. Dont Know where will it Jump. It is based upon the Price increase Tactics made by Pak Suzuki since last 3 year.

I was at Suzuki Rawalpindi on saturday and I saw that most of the customers now asking for Cultus VXL or VXR. So people do think but there are many people who have leased car application approved for wagon r so they have to search for wagon r because 134,000 willhave increased downpayment installment and insurance but own is ond time.

Luckily again i wouldnt have to pay any extra money, coz price hike was after i got mine booking confirmation, i got booked my car before price hike was announced, so again close escape

I was planning and saving money for a car for almost 1.5 year. I researched almost all the cars (hatchbacks) in the market. I become a die hard fan of Faw V2 because of the features provided in the price bracket.. But the low resale broke the deal for me as i wanted to keep the car for not more than 2 years.. Then i come to vitz.. But soon realised all the low mileage good cars prices were touching the sky. So i saw their is no benefit in spending 1.2 million on a car which almost complete half of its life.. Same was the case in 660 cc cars. I saw them not worthy to spend a hard earned 1.2 million on such a small engine . Also Mostly of them were highly used accidented and meter reversed with fake auction sheets.. So i finally shift my focus to wagon r.. And Compromised features over resale.. I thought what if i do not get some features.. My money is not going anywhere.. With a heavy heart start searching for a wagon r ..i bought a 2017 wagon r vxl in absolutely new condition (8 k at oddo) in 1.2 million......my life was changed.. What a car... Sheer pleasure to drive.. The soundless k series engine with very good fuel economy.. Powerful ac way better than cultus.. Beautiful interior.. And many many more.. I am simply loving every bit of it.. Only the matter with most people is its shape. But i tell you people.. You hate it when you dont have it.. Same case was with me.. Now i have it i am enjoying its height.. All cars looks so small when i am driving behind them.. So i and glad and say thanks to almighty Allah.. I wait alot but in the end reached to a choice with full satisfaction..
