well regarding its performance on motorway its true and experienced it myself but it can be improved with changing of tires.
Its a tall boy design so it will remain bumpy whatever you changed in it but it can be improved a bit.
Funny thing is that I have experienced the same in city with stock tires but the speed is around 110-120.

If you want to, you can use a brake cleaner (A simple google search and plenty of discussions on other websites, you can check them too).

- I would live with it. Rust is very common on brake discs, they are made out of steel which has to show a lot of characteristics - being stainless is not one of them. You might however deliberately brake down your car with the hand brake every now and then. On most (almost all) cars the hand brake works on the brakes at the rear axle, so speeding up your car to 20 mph and then simply pull the hand brake may remove every rust the brake can remove. Besides this it is always a good idea to use the hand brake frequently. If you don't (because your car has an automatic transmission with a park position) your handbrake itself may get stuck because of rust. Frequent usage of all moving parts is a key for a healthy car;-)

I yave question what will happen if we use 88Kpa radiator cap instead of 110 Kpa

Don't. Suzuki has designed the cooling system to have a certain coolant pressure inside radiator/hose pipes etc. 110 Kpa rating means even if the pressure increases abnormally (from steam build up), the radiator cap can handle it. 88 Kpa is wayyy too less. It might blow off!

You are lucky. Traffic and road conditions here in Karachi are terrible and if we are lucky, even with soft foot on the peddle, we are getting no more than 10-11 kpl with AC. Without AC it goes to 12-13 kpl.

I have tested with ideal traffic conditions and with 25 to 50% AC you can get up to 14 kpl within Karachi city with everything in stock condition and tyre pressure in all 4 to be exactly 36PSI (refilled on weekly or every 10 days due to terrible bumpy roads)

Why looking for paint when there is no paint damage as shown in the above photos.

First have the dents removed from a skilled denter then you will have the actual image if it needs any paint job or not.

Hopefully dry denting will resolve the issue, I think there will be no need for any paint job, but denting should be done by any expert.
