When I was using Asuki, MK, V+E, all of them would heat up if I drove like crazy on the steep slopes of Pir Sohawa, it would take only 5 minutes, until I would feel that the brakes have lost their bite, but I got lucky as I bought lots of stuff of a nose cut of a JDM Swift and it also had its OEM brake pads still in the brake calipers, I examined them, replaced them, for the first 100km or so I felt no difference but after that I definitely felt the difference.
They don't heat up much, the wear of brake pads has decreased a lot, (its been two years now and they're still having the same thickness) and they never make any squeaks or squeals unlike the MK ones, and the bite in the brakes has improved a lot.
Try searching for brake calipers, if you're lucky to get a good set, then they might still be having the original brake pads in it.
BTW The car looks lovely, do share some more pictures of her.
How's your swapped Khyber doing?
I think I've seen it a few times around Ayub Park and DHA.
