This is a 1983 Model Civic. Probably the first front wheel drive car Honda exported to Pakistan. The price of this car should be around 1 lac to 1 lac 25 thousand, if there is nothing that requires attention, including suspension, shocks and engine parts.
I may add the next generation civic (84-87) shape would also be around 1.25 to 1.50 lacs, depending upon the condition. Therefore the price I quoted is not something un-unusual. Also take note that considering a car travels an average of 25000 kms in a year, this car (23 years old) would have covered more than 400,000 kms. This is maximum that someone could "derive" out of the car. The unattended dent at the passenger side door/fender, different shades of paint at front side and rear side, no wheel caps, hanging/misaligned glove compartment cover, shabby seats, broken cassette player and a spark plug lying in the CD/console box reflects a carefree attitude towards the upkeep and maintenance of the car. Therefore resist the temptation of offering more than 75000. Your friend would surely be spending 25000 after the purchase to all those errands that the previous owner had been pending for want of funds or pure lethargy. Sorry for being too personal.
