Planning to buy Honda City 1.3 Manual

I’m planning to buy Honda City manual 1.3 2019 model. Car is in very gods condition with 50,000 km run. Body is neat with a small dent in the trunk which is showered rest is genuine. Mechanically it’s very good and tyres almost new.
Owner asking 37.80 lacks final.
Is it a good buy at this price.
I plan to keep this car for 4-5 years insha Allah.

2019 prosmatec is easily available under 35lacs here in karachi. price seems too high. this model of City is a keeper car. excellent car to own, very practical, space wise, average wise, drive wise and AC is like a chiller. mass produced from 2009 till 2021. suggest you to go for Prosmatec variant if you drive in congested areas - excellent smooth car with proper auto transmission. i too owned same car in Manual but sold and bought same model in prosmatec - what a convenience in life.

i would not advise you to spend this much on a manual car - 37.8 is very high. spend once and buy a prosmatec. you will love the ease of drive and smoothness of the car. City is easily found in good condition - unlike Corollas which are mostly abused in rentals etc.
