I have a used Kia Classic NGV since July this year and so far, I've had no complaints. For a car with a cheaper price tag if its used, it does pack quite a punch. 1300CC engine, FF AC and CNG, plus a lot of trunk space despite the cylinder, and a pretty roomy cabin, its entirely fit for a family. I've taken it to interior Sindh and the mileage on CNG with AC was splendid, I got to Hyderabad's CNG station on full cylinder with somewhat more to go.
If you're looking for a car that you're not planning to sell for a good amount of time and have a family of six, this is the car for you, especially if you need to get out of the city on thje highway. I'm going to take it to Dadu again for Eid-ul-Fitr. All I had to do with it when I bought it was a service, tuning, wheel alignment and it was ready to roll.
Although my advice would be to go for a used one, not a new one. Its more costlier than one thats atleast a 2002-03 model.
Till Later,
Twisted.
