Ahsan Bhai ... I think there is a reason why nobody has responded to your query. First and the foremost is the fact that our denuded mountains do not have stable soil. Therefore, land slides are very common. Hence, you can understand that even one week old report may be very outdated.
Perhaps the best source can be commercial drivers of buses etc who ply on these roads every day.
The last time I visited Naran, many years ago .. we tried to gather information about the road ... we got very mixed responses. The one we ignored was what I wrote earlier ... that is to check with commercial drivers.
We got the "updated information" that we might see minor snow on road side in May. However, as it turned out ... just short of Naran, the road was blocked by avalanches at seven places. Fortunately, we had a light Suzuki 4X4 which managed to cross the obstacles. Heavier vehicles were there ,,, but almost totally useless. Hundreds of cars were stranded on the Naran side .. and the hotels charges skyhigh rates from the stranded tourists.
If you are traveling with family, then take maximum precautions ... otherwise, if you are traveling with friends .. then dont worry .. just travel, and enjoy the surprises
