@aqibasit in khi, 700k is not a bad demand, u have to spend it almost 100K to 150 K to restore (as u mentioned the condition)
& after full makeup,if figure coming 850K (700K + 150K repair cost ), then it is very good digit deal
YEah I tried all the tactics but he is rigid on 700k, not even a penny less. For the works I got an estimate of 70k, so the car will be costing me 770k.Thats quite high figure for a car with Manual trans and 220kms on odo.
The whole work will cost not more than 70k.So it will be costing me 770k.
Thats the estimated figure for the work. May be costing a bit more.
Might not be a bargain you originally thought it would be.
Maybe its time to revisit the classified section and find a cleaner car

@aqibasitdear 70K is not possible for the works u mentioned
Brother I got the estimate from my workshop. It will not exceed 70k
Yeah dropped the idea. Now looking for an AT.
@aqibasitin my opinion, dont change the idea,go for it & modify that car from M/T to A/T.u will not find 2k5 model in this range, do not loose opportunity, also it will be learning process for you to learn how to do restoration
I second this opinion.
If I were you I would stay away and try to search a clean one.
I have done some restoration projects in the past but this one is not worth it.A new engine with AT gearbox will cost a fortune, secondly I will have to loose alot of money when selling the car as the people in Pakistan have allergy to cars with swapped engine and the changed gearbox will be cherry on top of it.Brother dont look at the model, look at the mileage car has done. Most of it parts have almost completed their life.I can still find a clean SE Saloon 2003-04 model under 150kms for 770k.
@aqibasitchoice is yours,if u r not going 4 it,kindly send me details so that i can try my luck for buying it
