As i already mentioned first gas kit was f***ed..
I replaced the gas kit. This time i doubled the gas kit......
But compression was to much high... as it already was....
Although there was too much knock.... just on 2nd gear.
I replaced the map sensor... tried to reduce knock by little bit tune up...
but no change.... :mad:
Now it is the time to check what is really happening...
Went to the work shop, checked compression... Again high...
i.e 12.5:1 , 12.5:1, 16.5:1, 16.5:1....
even compression tester f***ed up...
Finally i decided to open engine...
When head removed, chamber removed, rods and pistons was in my hand telling the whole story... 3 pistons were finished completely...
also the crank....

Rings....
Rods were slightly damaged...
