Since the hole got covered with FG, Tahir is removing that part with a drill bit ... he asked him to show him the photo of the hole so that he could work further .. !!!

Finally he completed the hole in the first piece
Now he is trying the flatten the front plate ..
The front plate is not flat ...
even after some more grinding, the front is still not flat
It is ironic that mechanics don't listen to the customer
Not something that I wanted to see
I called the next door painter, and he handled the flattening stuff therefrom
Using a circular grinder in the tweeter hole
Now we come to the third part of DIY ... i.e. the poshish
The curvature of the fiber over the top gave an ugly look. It was important to first cover that curve with foam
Several layers of the orange foam were required on top of each other, to cut the final form.
In the above photo, you can see the thickness of the face on left .. it was supposed to be only 3 mm or so thick ..
