Ideal tyre size with 16 would be
205/55-16 (0.4% smaller dia) or
205/60-16 (1.3% bigger dia) or
215/55-16 or (1.2% bigger dia)
On highways and flat roads it will get better, though steering will feel slightly tiny bit heavier. Suspension depends on your usage. If you have to use it in too many potholes/khaddas heavy cat eyes and rough surfaces that will be a drawback. If you have to use it on clean roads not much problems. Occasional roughness can be tolerated with slow speeds. Fuel average may be slightly compromised. If at all you really want to do it, try going for original oem rims that come in Honda's imported models. And most importantly the tyre will also make a lot of difference. A harder tyre on this bigger rim will be harmful but if you go for softer tyres specifically something like Yokohama Advan DB, then it's not much of a problem.
