Unless, it a high end camera, the grain starts becoming prominent at and beyond ISO 1600. Using stand takes care of most issues.
This was not the only blurry shot, there were quiet a few others as well, have posted almost all. Some were on driving wheel, some without using view finder etc. Anyway the My camera n my self both are rather getting on in age department. The lens was not particularly fast one and the camera was borrowed by someone, and I didn't check that some settings had been changed. All fast lenses have zoom limitations, so kit type lenses are best for these kind of versitile photo capturing.
