Yeah, exactly. As capsat mentioned earlier, the mechanic fixing the carb at mehmood was a completely different class. He wont talk properly, let alone do his task. Anyways, task now done.

And I am sorry, what is the power valve? Is it the same as bijli wala jet or solenoid?

Powervalve is the vacuum operated jet in the very middle of the carburettor, it has a vacuum line at the very top and center of the carb, its job is to allow extra fuel when you are really accelerating hard and the secondary throttle is also opened up fully.

If its not connected or is leaking, you will have a very rich running engine. Also if anyone ever tries to sell you the "half self start" in morning manjann. Find a new mechanic - To cold start a properly tuned engine you need to pull the choke on the carburettor primary throat.

I just noticed that I am having moisture on Tappet cover on the area surrounding oil cap. Is it because the oil cap isn't sealing the cover properly?

I am also observing moisture(Sort of Sealen in Desi term) near PCV Valve and near Distributor cap afetr engine rebuild in my Khyber too.

Replace the oil cap gasket.

also, a simple search on the internet reveals that oil around PCV valve means a malfunctioning valve. Do you have it inside the air filter box too?

Is it connected only? or tightened buy Clips?

Distributor O ring or tappet seal could be culprit. Or maybe tappet Bolt Seal is leaking.

Having this issue yet again. Where shiuld I start the diagnoses from? Fuel filter?

Valve is new plus tightened by genuine clips properly.

Seems might be extra pressure is building inside

My distributor o-ring needed replacement recently. The area around the distributor was covered in oil.

Check that your distributor cap has a gasket as well. Test your new PCV valve and make sure the entire PCV system is working.

Check the breather vent too, notice the hose is a Y shaped thing, remove tappet cover and completely clean it out, the fresh air vent is probably clogged.

Regarding the jerk issue after emptying petrol tank to the last drop, I am at mehmood and thr mechanic tried some combos such as switching spark plugs etc to burn the dirt/gunk but it didn't work.
Now we are deinstalling the carb again and servicing with carb cleaner

I asked mehmood if all the vacuum diaphragms are present and he said yes. However, I read on another forum where Zulfiqar had mentioned that avtual AC vacuum is on the right side somewhere and the AC mechanics usually connect the other vacuum. Same was true in my case.
Now, as this random carb guy who mehmood refers for opening and fitting Carb agreed to service my carb. While assembling, I was asking random questions and we somehow discussed this Headlight rpm mechanism. He said another vacuum can be fitted and he found one in his store. Now I have it fitted for 1500 rs another

Alhamdolillah got almost 90% things done. Just black paint on window frames and B pillar + polishing remaining.

Yesterday, while coming back from the denter workshop at maskan to my home at numaish. I drove with full time AC on. Alhamdolillah the car tenperature remained 100% normal (needle at 40-45 degree, just below the middle). This drive waa both without and with traffic.
Pretty satisfied with the performance except that water levels continues to decrease which I'll test in some time as I badly need the car now for commute.
