Can u show me a pic of the vsv pipes connection.I can't seem to figure where to connect the pipes.

As far as I remember, one pipe from vsv is connected to the under side of throttle body & 2nd is connected with the backside of intake manifold.

One pipe in manifold other to airfilter box. It just need to leak the vacuum from intake manifold.

Humayun bhi i got tick tick kind noise from driving side inside the engine bay near shock mounts when ever car is on bumpy road . Some times its loud . some time its low .... On normal road no noise..... mechanic checked all suspension + complete hissa but all good. no problem in hissa + suspension ... What should be the problem??? according to mechanic there should be a possibility of frame crack or any joint crack from inside ... outer side its look good. no cracks visible from engine bay...

what should be the problem

Umm ... it may sound weird initially ... but plz do remove wiper cowl & check that area for any cracks or broken/loose wiper arms.
Once happened with me in jdm alto 09, there was a very strange noise from the front, initially felt like a noise from suspension, after alot of khuwari, got to know that it was broken wiper arm hanging inside that area below the wiper cowl & hitting the body upon bumps.

Dear really sorry for late reply. I totally forgot about it.
Here you go

1st pipe is directly connected to the manifold.

2nd one is connected to the throttle body right between the both coolant pipes on TB

I hope this will help.
