@rizla Past trekking experiences were Rakaposhi basecamp trek, Fairy Meadows, Nanga Parbat Rupal face trek and Chitta Khatta lake only.This trek was the most toughest and dangerous trek, after doing this trek the other treks are like piece of cake 
For acclimatization, the team rested on Shimshal pass for a day and reached the advance basecamp other day, and on the next day they went for the summit which was not a good choice as they were hit by height issues like headache.
