Salman, you need to understand that an international certification in any line of business is directly related to you basic academic field, as well as you professional experience. If you match these two with a certification of international repute, you add value to your CV. Else, there would be lack of balance in your CV and it would be no use doing such certification.
Now, if you have done MBA, what is your specialisation and do you have related experience? Select accordingly.
For example, if you have done MBA-HR, and have some experience of HR, you should think of doing PHR. If you have MBA-Fin, think of doing CFA or FRM. Also, PMP is good if you have a qualification in Project Management or good experience of Project Management.
You should also understand that these International certifications are generally not very useful for jobs in Pakistan. However, in international market, these matter a lot.
Hope this answers your questions.
Good luck.
